Cadet Protection

Don't forget cadets must complete the Cadet Protection Program Training (CPPT) within 6 months of their 18th birthday, but can take the training as early as age 17. If a cadet promotion is due during the 6 month period after their 18th birthday, the CPPT must be complete prior to the promotion.

OPSEC Training

All members are required to complete OPSEC training and agree to the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or are not allowed to participate in any CAP function or mission. Please go to the following web site for access to the OPSEC course https://tests.cap.af.mil/opsec/main.cfm. Once completed, this will be recorded under your CAPID in eservices. Users that receive a Site Security Warning click: https://tests.cap.af.mil/certificates.cfm for information on how to eliminate this warning.

Newsflash

Please note that at the present time, the online SLS and CLC courses are meant for members that cannot access a classroom course. Members that are able to travel to a course that is held at NH Wing HQ should do so. As of June 2011 there is a year and a half waiting list for an online SLS course. Chances are, members throughout the country are taking unnecessary advantage of the online course. Please don't be a part of the problem, come to a classroom course, we are much better live and would really like to see you there. Check the PD homepage or the wing calendar for dates.
